Site Engineer

One of our RC Frame contractor in Leeds, looking for an experienced engineer to work on their ongoing housing project in Leeds.

There project will start October 2024. It is a long terms opportunity for someone who really wants stability at work.

As the Site Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Accurate setting out/surveying with the help of TS016.
• Must have experience in RC frame and Groundworks.
• Conduct quality control checks and build records.
• Manging onsite team and sub-contractors.
• Able to review drawings, identyfy errors or missing infomation and raise RFI or TQ to designers or Architect.

Requirements:
To be successful in this Site Engineer/ Setting out Engineer role, you need to be:

• CSCS card is required
• Previously worked as a Setting out Engineer, Site Engineer, or Senior Site Engineer.
• Experienced in RC work and Groundwork- min 4 years UK experience.
• As a Site Engineer/ Setting out Engineer, you must be proficiency with most surveying instruments, be familiar with method statements and risk assessments and have a sound knowledge of QA and onsite paperwork.

Please note rates for Site Engineer/ Setting out Engineer are open for negotiations depends on the experience.
