Nebula Finance provides an all-in-one financial management business solution including banking, investment, and business insurance platforms to effectively help small businesses set up, run, and grow as a business without navigating between different apps/platforms. The fully integrated solution leverages AI & RPA to reduce manual entries, chatbots and contextual walkthroughs to empower users with financial and business knowledge. We are an early-stage company in the middle of a pre-seed fundraising journey. Therefore, we are looking for a Chief Commercial Office (CCO) to work closely with other senior leaders, including the CEO and board members, the CCO ensures that its commercial goals and objectives align with its overall mission and vision. The CCO will focus on driving customer acquisition and retention, developing and maintaining solid relationships with key stakeholders, and staying informed about market trends and emerging technologies. We have partnered with IBM to co-build our AI engine so the company is now in an exciting phase. Responsibilities: Developing and communicating growth strategies with CEO, COO, CTO and board of directors. Setting up the process of generating revenue. Unifying processes to offer the customer the best experience possible, which keeps them coming back. Integrating sales and marketing, as well as any other process that maximises the returns on marketing investment. Maintaining communication and relationships across organisational functions to work with different departments and manage revenue generation through those departments. Identifying micro-markets and creating specific products targeting those markets. Creating a pricing strategy to target those micro-markets so that the highest possible return is generated. Monitoring all the revenue streams and adjusting as necessary. Forecasting revenue generation and the strategies required and planning accordingly. Managing all revenue channel development and introducing new sales channels and partners. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in building commercial strategies for early-stage fintech start-ups As we are an early-stage company, the successful candidate will be only provided with equity shares of the business until the funding round is completed. The relative amount of equity shares is subject to negotiation. We are unable to engage with recruitment agencies.
