Global Tax Manager
Robert Half are working with a hugely inquisitive business that are growing at an exponential rate through acquisition across the UK and internationally and therefore have a newly created position for a Global Tax Manager to take full ownership of their tax strategy.
Due to the specific technical expertise and high level of autonomy required for this role, the position is available on a fully remote basis.
The Role
- Responsible for developing the entire Group's Tax strategy for the UK and internationally
- Setting up holding companies in various countries
- Transfer pricing for the whole Group
- Supporting and advising on acquisition tax and due diligence
- Ensuring Tax compliance with UK and international tax laws
- Overseeing a junior Tax Assistant
Your Profile
- CTA Qualified or equivalent
- Proven experience working within a large, multi-national business
- Strong understanding of UK Tax laws and various international laws
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience working on acquisitions would be advantageous
