Permanent Positions Available for a Skilled TIG Welder Are you a skilled TIG Welder looking for a permanent position with a well-established and respected company? We have an exciting opportunity in Northampton that could be the perfect fit for you. Location: Northampton Hourly Rate: £14 - £16.50 per hour + shift premiums (depending on experience) + Overtime rate for 40 hours plus per week. Shift Patterns Available: Days: 7:30am to 3:30pm (Monday to Thursday) & 7am to 3:00pm (Friday) Afternoons:1:30pm to 11:30pm (Monday to Thursday) Nights: 5:30pm to 3:30am (Monday to Thursday) Key Responsibilities: Manufacture high-quality, precision sheet metal work using stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel. Primarily batch welding on a production schedule for clients in the food industry, producing components such as conveyors, belts, drums, and hoppers. Read and work from engineering drawings, taking projects from start to finish with confidence and precision. What We’re Looking For: Experience as a TIG Welder, with a strong ability to interpret engineering drawings.
