Job description We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidates to work for Royal Mail as a Delivery Operative. Pay rates from £13.37 per hour to £15.36 per hour depending on shifts. The role of Royal Mail Delivery Operative is based in Portslade, East Sussex. You don't need any experience, but you do require a Full UK Manual Driving License; we offer full support for you to succeed in your role! Money saving offers and discounts at your fingertip 24/7 GP helpline Discounted Gym membership in over 2500 gyms Online Payslip Access Personal Insurance Shifts for Royal Mail Delivery Operative (Must be flexible with your hours): 1400-2000 30 Hours per week Any 5 or 6 days out of 7 Pay for Royal Mail Delivery Operative : Monday to Saturday - £13.37 per hour Sunday - £15.36 per hour Paid weekly Main Duties of Royal Mail Delivery Operative : Sortation of round prior to departure Vehicle checks Driving manual vehicle to delivery locations or working on foot Delivering letters and small parcels to home and business addresses About You: You must hold a valid UK manual Driving License No more than 6 points for minor offences (No IN, DD, DR) Happy to drive a company issued vehicle or work on foot Be physically fit Happy to work outside in all weather conditions PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to complete the Royal Mail Vetting Process which includes a basic DBS check paid for by you.
