A leading technology / engineering brand based in Greenwich, London are seeking an experienced Electronic Design Engineer to join their thriving team. If you’re looking for an opportunity to provide technical leadership and design authority in a capable electronic / hardware design team, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you. You’ll be based in their R&D centre in Greenwich with opportunities to work hybrid remote 2 days per week.This Lead Electronic Design Engineer job will involve managing & providing team leadership to a small electronic design team where you will be responsible for digital circuit design definition and implementation including components such as Microcontrollers, DSP, CPLD, FPGA, DAC/ADC, communication interfaces such as RS422, USB, Ethernet etc. The job will be a mix of ‘hands on’ design and team leading product development, involving both analogue and digital hardware development.Skills and experience we’re looking for:A strong track record in Electronic Design Engineer, ideally with exposure to both analogue and digital hardware.Experience in FPGA design using VHDL or Verilog.Good leadership skills, ideally with some previous team leading experience.Exposure to schematic design and PCB layout.This Lead Electronic Design Engineer job offers an exceptional opportunity to work on pioneering projects and contribute to the development of innovative electronic solutions.
