Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Paraplanner at The Aspire Partnership LLP in Bristol. You will be responsible for analytical tasks, investment analysis, finance-related activities, and report writing to support financial planners in client interactions and decision-making. We create collaborative teams around our clients to deliver a hands-on and effective service; recommendations and reviews are discussed, and support staff are often involved in client meetings. Skills & Qualifications Financial Planning and Investment Analysis skills Analytical Skills for data interpretation and financial modeling Report Writing for summarising financial information Experience in Finance and Wealth Management Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently Familiarity with back office, research, and cash-flow modeling systems relevant to the UK financial planning industry. Ideally, you will have at least 3 years experience in the provision of independent financial services and hold the CII Diploma in financial planning (or equivalent).
