Hayward Hawk are working in partnership with a leading business services firm who are seeking a Recruitment Manager to oversee their recruitment function for a fixed term of 12 months. Our client is renowned for delivering high-quality services to our clients and fostering a collaborative, inclusive workplace for their employees. As the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring that the firm attracts, hires, and retains top talent. You will work closely with department heads to understand recruitment needs, develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, and maintain the firms employer brand in the competitive market. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment within the professional services sector and demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills. The Role: Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Lead the recruitment function, devising innovative and efficient strategies to attract top-tier candidates in line with the firm's business objectives. Manage the End-to-End Recruitment Process: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management to onboarding. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers, department leads, and senior leadership to understand recruitment needs and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key roles within the firm, including senior-level and specialist positions. Employer Branding: Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position the firm as an employer of choice within the professional services sector. Recruitment Metrics: Track, analyse, and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. Diversity and Inclusion: Ensure recruitment strategies align with the firms diversity and inclusion goals, promoting equal opportunities across all hiring activities. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding. Recruitment Technology: Oversee the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies, ensuring they are used effectively to streamline processes. Market Intelligence: Stay informed on trends and developments within the recruitment landscape, particularly in the professional services sector, to ensure the firm remains competitive in its talent acquisition efforts. The candidate: Minimum 4-5 years experience in a fast paced recruitment environment Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of mentoring and developing recruitment needs Extensive experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including direct sourcing, headhunting, job boards, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.) Skills: Recruitment Manager Talent Aquisition Senior Hybrid
