Machine Operatives (Rotating) Rugby £11.75 p/hour + £1.61 p/hour shift allowance when rotating Full-Time - Long-Term Agency Contract We are looking for 3 x experienced machine operators who can commit to a rotating early and late shift within a busy engineering company in Rugby. This is an active, manual role where you operate a high-speed machine used to manufacture ceramic rods. You will be loading and unloading the machinery, working with quality standards, reading work orders and hitting production targets. It's not heavy but it's fast and you need to keep up with the speed of the machine. The role starts off on a fixed day shift of (Apply online only) for approx. 2 weeks before they switch to a rotating (Apply online only) and (Apply online only) (you need to be willing to rotate). To be considered - you need to be local to Rugby, have some machine operating experience, a keen eye for details and ideally the ability to read basic engineering drawings (if you have a BTEC in engineering then we would also consider this). This role offers you: £11.75 p/hour (£13.35 p/hour when on shifts) Overtime is paid at an enhanced rate. 37 hours paid per week. Weekly pay via SolviT Recruitment.
