We are seeking an ambitious and motivated individual who is keen to meet the challenges of contributing to a dynamic environment & team. The role is a key member of the finance team, with a commercial focus, and responsibility for revenues and costs in their designated division.

Please note this role requires attendance at our Birmingham office a minimum of 4 days a week.


Your mission:

You will deliver high levels of customer satisfaction, improved retention, lower disputed debt and lower levels of end-to-end organisational friction and waste as part of a large query resolution team. This is to be achieved by the accurate and complete resolution of contract, billing and other finance related queries in a timely, efficient and quality assured manner. Working closely with the credit control and renewals team, query resolution is pivotal for the prioritisation of escalated queries to release payments and on hold renewals.



Role Introduction and What You Will Do:

Use Salesforce to process and correct any credits and reinvoices generated by our QR team.

Through processing credits and reinvoices, interpreting and analysing data – Strong ability to work with complex data and present the information in a clear, logical, and concise way.

Attention to detail to drive accuracy and ensure high billing accuracy.

Resolving any billing issues created from amendments.

Working well under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Establish and maintain strong relationships within our QR team and across Finance Operation teams where applicable.

Champion & drive the query resolution process within other departments.

Managing 4 mailboxes including the Dunning process.

Occasional ad hoc projects and tasks and determined by the Head of QR.


What You Will Have:

Previous experience in a finance role and possess transferable skills and experience.

Ideally experience of working within Salesforce.

Strong experience of using Excel including Pivot Tables and Lookup capability

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
