We're recruiting for a Senior Business Development Manager to join BMS Performance in our Central London location.

Sat within our Sales Recruitment division, the Senior Business Development Manager will be tasked with segmenting the Events / Media / Professional Services & Business Intelligence sectors, identifying key prospects within it, creating business development strategies to drive new client acquisition with companies that fit a clearly defined ICP and then grow those relationships into long term partnerships. You will be supporting a growing team of BDM's & BDE's who also based in our London office through coaching, mentoring and driving performance as agreed with the National Sales Manager. The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for achieving their own sales revenue targets through growing and developing their portfolio of accounts. Using an incredible suite of technology along with your own expertise, you'll be a support to the business development team within your division, actively working closely with the National Sales Manager to execute your own business strategy & help build a culture of excellence and high performance.

This role is suitable for someone with a genuine passion for business development, who thrives off building new client relationships. The successful candidate will have several years of experience working in an internal sales environment and can demonstrate proactively coaching and mentoring other sales professionals to improve team performance.

The Senior Business Development Manager role offers:
