Corporate Senior AssociateTop 100 firm ExeterNew opening for a corporate lawyer at the Senior Associate level, looking for a new challenge with a Top 100 firm.Based in offices in Exeter, you will be working with a tier 1 ranked corporate team nationally and be integral to building on past successes and enduring relationships to further develop the corporate team.Your work will encompass the following areas: M&A, reorganisations, venture capital, cross-border transactions, private equity investments, IPOs and joint ventures and restructuring. You'll have excellent communication skills and strong commercial acumen.
