Repairs Supervisor

We are looking for a Repairs Supervisor in Hampshire to join a social housing contractor. You will be supervising a team of trades working on a reactive repairs contract on social housing. The Repairs Supervisor will receive £23-£24 per hr, company van, phone, uniform on a temporary to permanent basis. Day to day the Repairs Supervisor will be required to: Manage the delivery of repairs to meet KPIs Liaise with trades, subcontractors, planners and client Ensuring health and safety are adhered to Provide effective personal development plans to team members In return the Repairs Supervisor will receive: £23-£24 per hour Company vehicle Weekly pay (CIS or PAYE) Opportunity for a permanent position after trial period (salary negotiable) We are looking to speak to Repairs Supervisors that have experience in social housing, great customer service skills and trades knowledge.
