Maintenance Electrician

Role: Maintenance Electrician Area: Manchester and surrounding area Sector: Corporate Offices We have a fantastic opportunity available working for one of the biggest FM companies in the world. The role will require a Maintenance Electrician to cover PPM, and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of corporate offices. With an infrequent callout rota, and healthy pension contribution, this role combines an industry leading benefits package, with great job security. Benefits of the Maintenance Electrician: * Competitive salary of up to £40,000 * A company van + personal use * Optional progression opportunities * Holidays rising with service * 1.5x and 2x OT * 1-6 callout rota with the option of overtime * Sick Pay The role of the Maintenance Electrician will be to: * Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service * Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, which covers mechanical and electrical disciplines * Provide a service that ensures all electrical equipment is running to optimum performance * Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met * Carry out modifications and installations when required * Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers * Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard * Liaise with client/management The Maintenance Electrician will have: * NVQ Level 3 Elec * Minimum 18th edition * 2391 would be an advantage * Experience in a Commercial Maintenance role If this role is of interest please apply with your CV, or call our office and ask for Ben
