We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Marketing Planning and Operations Lead to drive the strategic planning, execution, and optimisation of localised marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the marketing planning and activation of go-to-market GTM strategies across diverse local teams, ensuring alignment with global marketing goals and enhancing VertoFX's market presence worldwide. Strategic Planning: ~ Develop and lead the global marketing planning process, aligning with overall business objectives and regional priorities. ~ Collaborate with global and local senior leadership to define marketing goals, key performance indicators KPIs, and success metrics. ~ inform marketing strategies. ? Work closely with regional Growth Leads teams to adapt local campaigns to global branding, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding. ~ Oversee the creation and execution of localised marketing strategies, Lead the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional media. ~ Ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives, Develop and optimise marketing processes, tools, and workflows to Implement best practices for marketing operations, including budget management, resource allocation, and performance tracking. ? support for marketing initiatives. ~ Act as the main point of contact between global marketing and regional Performance Analysis and Reporting: ~ Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing Utilise data to drive continuous improvement and optimisation of marketing strategies and tactics. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing planning and Proven track record of successfully leading and executing marketing data into actionable insights. ~ Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ~ Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics
