We’re recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to earn upto £23,857 per annum. Customer Service Advisor role: You will be the primary point of contact for your customers via phone and email throughout the claim journey, including making the initial first call with the customer, scheduling their appointments, discussing their reports, finalising their claim and dealing with all general enquires and complaints within the agreed timescales. Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills are vital to the role, as you'll need to confidently talk the customer through every stage of their claim while ensuring we manage their expectations. Customer Service Advisor pay: £22,308 to £23,857 per annum
