Assistant Management Accountant

CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering on an exclusive basis with a fast-growing business, based in Petersfield.  An Assistant Management Accountant is being recruited into a newly created role and the successful candidate will join a dedicated team, driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence.  Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will support the month-end management reporting, along with mentoring the junior finance team. What will the Assistant Management Accountant role involve? Month-end accruals and prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, journals, and fixed assets. Revenue and variance analysis. Payroll processing for the US and UK, including pension submissions. Support the transactional finance, including sales and purchase ledger and credit card reconciliations. Suitable Candidate for the Assistant Management Accountant vacancy: Excellent communication skills, with an enthusiastic, driven approach. Strong IT skills, particularly Excel. Flexible approach, happy to support where necessary to ensure deadlines are achieved.
