We're looking to expand our talented team with a Litho Print Finisher.Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled Litho Print Finisher with hands-on experience operating Muller Martini stitchers, Heidelberg Stahl folders, and guillotines. The successful candidate will be responsible for finishing printed materials to the highest standards, ensuring that all products meet our strict quality criteria and are completed within the required time frames.Key Responsibilities:Operation and Maintenance: Efficiently operate Muller Martini stitchers, Heidelberg Stahl folders, and guillotines.Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards.Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the finishing process to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production.Efficiency: Work effectively to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and precision.Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure all projects are completed on time and to client specifications.Health & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.Qualifications and Experience:Experience: Experience as a Litho Print Finisher, specifically with Muller Martini stitchers, Heidelberg Stahl folders, and guillotines.Technical Skills: Strong understanding of litho print finishing processes, including binding, folding, cutting, and stitching.Attention to Detail: High level of precision and attention to detail in all aspects of print finishing.Team Player: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying problems and implementing effective solutions.Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours when needed to meet production demands.What We Offer:Competitive salary commensurate with experienceOpportunity to work with a leading company in the print industryA supportive and dynamic team environment
