Autocentre Manager

We are looking to recruit an Auto centre Manager on apermanentbasis this is an excellent opportunity for anexperienced team leader or existing Manager looking for a new challenge. Great team environment and supportive management in place. OTE £50K+ based in Shrewsbury. Working Hours are asfollows: Monday to Friday 08.30 to 18.00 & Saturday 08.30 to 17.00, with a day off in the week.(Negotiable) Sunday is a trading day, so working 2 per month with an additional supplementary payment on top of annual salary and bonus! Role Responsibilities : To adhere to the Companys Policies & Procedures including Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control. Ensure that Customers receive the best Customer Service and care to ensure that complaints are kept to a minimum To ensure all sales targets and KPIs are achieved To maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis To comply with reasonable instruction from Regional Managers, Head Office or the Board of Directors To increase sales of products and services offered by the Company, in accordance with procedures Recruit and interview all employees for the Centre Liaise with Head Office and other Departments Support other Centres, when asked, when necessary Identify any training needs for employees to progress and develop within the Company To be available for work at the times specified by the Company This is a permanent position and a full CV will be required.
