Role: Contentious Probate Solicitor Location: Birmingham Area (choice of office) Salary: DOE We're on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Contentious Probate Practitioner to take charge of a talented team of two solicitors. The perfect candidate will possess at least 6 years of PQE and be ready to step into a senior role without delay. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing high-value cases Mentoring and training junior colleagues Building and nurturing client relationships Managing a diverse caseload What You'll Need: At least 5 years PQE Proven track record of handling high-value cases, mentoring others, fostering client relationships, and managing varied caseloads Ability to generate your own work while swiftly adapting to a growing caseload Strong communication and leadership skills.
