We have registered two exciting opportunities for dynamic, organised, and proactive individuals to work for this innovative local client in a temporary HR administration capacity. Please note, this role is not for the fainthearted – it is incredibly busy and fast paced! Our client is seeking a superstar HR Administrator to assist with a range of operational tasks. Both positions are to start ASAP, with one ongoing until mid-October 2025, and the other for 6 months.  It will be critical for you to work independently, tenaciously, and ambitiously, and you will already possess the commerciality and business acumen to vary your communication styles depending on the audience – this is a very visible position! The hours of work are (Apply online only) Monday to Friday – these are not flexible, so please only apply if you can commit to full time working. Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered. Temporary HR Administrator Responsibilities Answering routine day to day HR queries from both the UK and International workforce Using the internal HR Portal to find answers relating to HR policies, Benefits and Compensation and Employee Lifecycle Transactions Co-ordination of training sessions Collation, auditing, and processing data into various HR systems Providing ad hoc project administration support Temporary HR Administrator Rewards Alongside a competitive hourly rate, the successful candidate will receive the following benefits: Holiday pay Valuable experience in a highly regarded organisation The Company Our client is a celebrated international organisation working in the scientific field.
