Bookkeeper Payroll Administrator

CMA Recruitment is currently partnering with a highly successful design business in Eastleigh who are seeking to appoint a part time Bookkeeper and Payroll Administrator for circa 15 hours per week. What will the Bookkeeper and Payroll Administrator role involve? Managing the payables and receivables function including account reconciliations. Monitor cash flow Entering financial data into accounting software Payroll duties including processing the company payroll and pension submissions Maintaining pension auto enrolment requirements Process VAT returns Complete quarterly reporting requirements Complete end of year financial requirements Suitable Candidate for the Part time Bookkeeper and Payroll Administrator vacancy: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper. Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices. Experience as a payroll administrator. Additional benefits and information for the role of Part time Bookkeeper and Payroll Administrator: 25 days holiday pro rata. Private health care including cover for family.
