Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland About Us: Health and Benefits Specialists Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telesales and Marketing Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving B2 B sales through effective telesales techniques and implementing marketing strategies to expand our reach ( sales and social media experience would be ideal). Key Responsibilities: * Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and effectively communicate our products/services. * Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive customer retention and loyalty. * Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and execute marketing campaigns. * Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales initiatives. * Provide accurate and timely information to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Requirements: * One-year proven experience in telesales and marketing roles. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. * Knowledge of (industry/market) is a plus but not essential. * Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
