Exclusive Private Members Club looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their Incredible Team.


Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 per annum

Location: St. James's, London

Job Description:

They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join their esteemed team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the luxury hospitality sector, specifically within private members clubs or 5-star hotels. As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the club, maintaining the highest standards of service, and delivering an unforgettable experience for our members.


Experience working large & small scale events is preferable for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily club operations.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery across all departments.
  • Manage and motivate a team of hospitality professionals.
  • Address and resolve any member concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate events and functions, ensuring they run smoothly and exceed member expectations.
  • Maintain the club's high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and overall ambiance.
  • Implement and uphold club policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives.



Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Restaurant Manager role within the luxury hospitality sector, specifically in private members clubs or 5-star hotels.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
