You will be challenged from day one.The Role:As a Safeguarding Administrator, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the safety of users and compliance with legal guidelines. This fully autonomous role involves constant learning and adapting to the evolving landscape of adult online services.Key Responsibilities:Competent skills: analysis, data inputting, reporting and community management as well as the implementation of new/evolving processes.Proactive Solutions: Routinely assess the website, identify concerns, and propose proactive solutions to the team.Collaboration: Work closely with the team to resolve complex cases, providing valuable insights and recommendations.Research Expertise: Undertake open-source research to identify concerns relevant to the wider platform and its user base.Communication and Reporting: Provide comprehensive case overviews and risk recommendations to the business, ensuring accurate reporting.Continuous Improvement: Perform procedural audits to enhance existing protocols and contribute to wider data collection and analysis exercises.Knowledge of Data Protection practices and GDPR requirements, including dealing with data subject requests, and requests from third parties such as police and law enforcement agenciesSkills Required:Analytical Prowess: Strong data analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Word.Communication Excellence: Outstanding communication and reporting skills.Moral Code: Strong moral code and a keen sense of ethics.Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail.Desirable:Industry Experience: Background in the digital/adult industry.Investigative Background: Previous investigative or law enforcement experience.Data Protection Knowledge: Familiarity with Data Protection and GDPR requirements.It’s not all about the work, it’s about your well-being too!Perks and Benefits:Up to 30 days holiday/year and your birthday offDiscounted Gym MembershipLife/Critical Illness/Dental insurance and a healthcare cash planAccess to various retailer discountsFree tea & barista coffeeAttractive parental leaveEarly Summer Fridays (3pm finish)Unlimited Free Training Platform AccessAnd many more…If you're ready for a challenging, rewarding career where you can make a real impact in shaping a safer digital space, click apply now
