The Company: B2B SaaS - 350 people Salary: £110,000 - £140,000 DOE + Options Role Overview: Historically, the company's customers have primarily been startups and SMBs (typically businesses with fewer than 1,000 employees). As the company scales, the focus is shifting toward enterprise customers, requiring the product to adapt accordingly. As the team expands, strategic hires are being made to help drive the business in this new direction. With this new focus, there has been an increase in various user cases. In this role, you will take ownership of one of the core product domains. In addition to building new products, you'll also be involved in optimising the existing product and rearchitecting some of its legacy components. They will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the team. About you: You love working as an individual contributor and are comfortable running everything from vision through to execution. That being said, with the size of this product it is highly likely you will need to hire on to this team and you'll be confident when the time comes. Comfortable taking on a business-critical product that will give you immediate exposure to all levels of the business including the CEO. You would classify yourself as a generalist PM, with a slight skew towards B2B enterprise. Collaborate closely with your Engineering and Design counterparts to develop solutions that are delightful while addressing complex issues. Interact with customers to comprehend their requirements, explore fresh user cases, and spot new opportunities. Be able to clearly balance both the technical and commercial elements of product management. Have a good understanding of technology and product architecture. Work at a strategic level and be able to clearly communicate your vision to get people onboard.
