Calling all Clerk of Works, I have a requirement from Feb 2025 in Warwickshire , and our client require the following :
* Mechanical Clerk of Works * Building Clerk of Works * 6 month rolling contract , however the client has a programme of works for the next 4 years. * 37.5 hours per week , overseeing - Schools , Public Buildings, Offices , Fire Stations etc.
Scope of Works
The Clerk of Works role is a site-based role across various locations across the county , the core duty of the role is to ensure that work is carried out to the clients standards, specifications and schedules and oversee the safe & efficient delivery of construction and quality throughout the Construction lifecycle by the Design & Build Contractor.
The client requires a suitably skilled, knowledgeable and experienced Construction Clerk of Works, to check standards of workmanship and materials and to make sure the design specifications and project deliverables are achieved.
6 Month Contract (rolling) 4 year programme of work. Full time , This role will predominantly be site based
