DM Manager

Our client is currently seeking a DM Manager to join their team in the South West. This is a contract role with an initial duration of six monthsand scope to extend. Key Responsibilities: Managing and overseeing development management processes Ensuring compliance with town planning regulations and guidelines Coordinating with stakeholders, including developers, architects, and local authorities Preparing and presenting detailed reports on planning applications Conducting site visits and assessments as required Providing expert advice on planning policies and development control Mediating and resolving conflicts related to planning applications Monitoring project timelines and ensuring efficient delivery of services Job Requirements: Extensive experience in Development Management and Town Planning Strong understanding of planning legislation and regulations Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in report writing and presentation Relevant qualification in town planning or a related field Experience working within a local government setting is advantageous If you have a strong background in Development Management and Town Planning and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
