Are you a Communications professional with a passion for telling a story?


Were a small Housing Association that puts our Community at the heart of everything we do, and this role is at the heart of how we engage with our customers and colleagues.


Were looking for a Communications Officer who has experience in delivering a range of content across multiple channels and to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.


Key activities will include:


  • As our brand ambassador youll ensure consistent communication of our mission and values

  • Developing and coordinating updates to our websites, intranet and social media platforms including composing & posting online content, ensuring they meet the needs of the users

  • Creation of our biannual printed newsletter and bimonthly printed editions


We are looking for a Communications Officer with:


  • Experience using social media platforms

  • The ability to develop online assets for social media

  • A customer centred approach and the ability to maintain positive working relationships internally and externally

  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads, adhering to specific timescales

  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt to a variety of communication channels and audiences

  • Good numerical skills with the ability to work with basic spreadsheets

  • Competent computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
