Account Manager

Account Manager/Project Manager- Signage Location: Leicester, Leicestershire Salary: DOE Company: A leading large format and signage company. Role: Responsible for managing account and/or projects from initial concept to completion - through design process to production whilst ensuring an exceptional client service. * Serves as the main day-to-day contact projects for clients, suppliers, external partners, and the account team * Project Management of signage and graphic requirements, ensuring all key dates in the project critical path are met and that the client and * Participate in meetings with existing clients and internal teams * Conducting Site Surveys and providing quotations * Answering client queries/ dealing with issues/ managing client expectations * Liaising directly with suppliers and printers to ensure the production process runs smoothly * Ensures high quality standards in all client deliverables * Coordinate client-specific projects throughout the lifecycle * Managing creative projects from initial concept to completion, on time and budget * Creating job briefs and booking in jobs * Dealing with client queries and complaints whilst project managing ongoing projects * Visiting clients on and off site Requirements: * Experience working within the print industry - signage / graphics / large format * Hold excellent customer service / account management experience * Experience working within a signage / graphics agency or manufacturer or in the construction industry * A professional and approachable manner * Client driven with the ability to anticipate the customer needs * Experience estimating and completing quotes * A high level of attention to detail and a passion for quality, you will take pride in your work to ensure that consistently high standards are achieved and maintained * Confidence in your own ability and be able to communicate effectively at all levels * Thrive under pressure during peak periods of work Apply Account Manager / Project Manager / Customer Service /Customer Service Representative / CSR / Senior Account Manager / Senior Project Manager / Senior Customer Service Representative / Senior CSR / Creative / Design / / Creative Account Manager / CAM / Signage / Sign & Display / Graphics Large Format / POS / Large Format Print / Point of Sale / Print
