Our client are looking for someone to manage a team of 4 (3 Payroll Administrators & 1 Assistant Payroll Manager), setting KPIs and ensuring smooth, timely payroll for up to 2,500 employees across their diverse portfolio of businesses including fast food restaurants and hotels,
As the Payroll Manager for this diverse portfolio of businesses you will be joining a family run business who put their people at the heart of their success.
You’ll be the go-to expert, supporting your team and the wider group, developing best practices, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Strong relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders is key!
Location – Watford with 4 days in the office.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience running both monthly and weekly payrolls for a large organisation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail when reviewing payroll data.
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation.
- Ability to work closely with external suppliers and manage relationships.
