This role is to provide day to day support of our IT Business System applications and to provide project support to our Business Applications Support Analyst. Private medical health insurance & Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing centre, Canada Life GP and financial advice Electric vehicle charging points at all sites, Free on-site parking, Onsite showers and toiletries provision What youll be doing Escalating issues to external supplier for further in-depth analysis Provide Admin support to Business Systems including ERP and CRM related systems Provide 1st and 2nd line support to Business Applications Managing the Business Systems helpdesk queue Investigating and resolving all types of application support issues/requests Work closely with our Business Applications Analyst offering support where needed The skills you need Application support experience Good working knowledge of MS/SQL Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong customer service skills Ability to effectively prioritise workload Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning Good documentation skills Join us and be part of something smaller - with 400 people in the UK and Canada - doing something bigger: protecting what matters.
