Compliance Business Partner | Lloyd's Broker | London/Hybrid | £70 - 75,000 (doe) Finitas are supporting a growing Lloyd's insurance broker in their search for a Compliance Business Partner to join their team. This is a newly created role due to good company growth You will be supporting the business in providing advice & guidance ensuring that regulatory requirements are met. You will also be supporting the review of new and renewal Delegated Authority Agreements, logging new Conflicts of Interest and provide assurance of existing mitigations as well as training the business. This individual will also be supporting with acquisitions and be an SME for all Lloyd's processes. Experience required: Minimum 5 years compliance experience - ideally business partnering. Must be from an insurance background - ideally Lloyd's broking. Excellent working knowledge of the FCA handbook especially a good understanding of ICOBS and SMCR regulations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at varying levels. Please note that you will be required to work in their London office 2/3 days per week.
