Talent Acquisition Executive

Our client is a global Media Agency with a fab Talent Team who need a UK Talent Executive to work closely with UK Hiring Managers. This is a three month contract with the potential to move to a permanent role:Support primarily focused in UKSupports hiring strategies through, candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening, and direct full cycle recruitment for allocated headcountCreates job postings, initial draft of job descriptions, and scorecards within the ATSAudits feedback and inputs from interview panels, ensuring completion and qualityKeeps ATS up-to-date with most-recent candidate information and status in process support with workforce planningProvides objective feedback regarding quality and effectiveness of agency partners, making adjustments as neededStaying focused and contributing to projects. Organizing stakeholders with multiple milestones and managing expectationsWorking with internal stakeholders, building relationships and working across differences to find solutionsPartners with other Sr. TA Partners to create a dynamic community of practice across all of business hiring focused on data driven resultsSuggests new and better ways of working, implements solutions to unarticulated needs, new or existing market requirementsRequired Experience:? 1-2 years experience with either in house or agency recruitment doingcoordination, sourcing and/or full cycle recruitment? Experience in sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedInRecruiter, Facebook, Twitter and more? Strong adaptive communication, written and verbal, that enables partnershipacross different background and levels? Problem solver with the ability to switch seamlessly between critical thinkingand tactical execution within a fast-paced environment
