Job DescriptionJob title: Property Litigation Solicitor 4 PQE + (IN-HOUSE)Salary: £75K - 100K DOEHours: Full time in the officeLocation: BatterseaMy client is looking for a In-House Property Litigation Solicitor 4 PQE + to join their high end Property investment company based in Battersea.They operate by sending large mailers to potential clients across the country, which comprise of people with property portfolios looking to sell. They then purchase the properties from their clients at a discounted price as the clients are often older, looking to retire. With the properties, The company then either sell them at a higher value or lease them out.The legal team consists of around 4 people currently, 3 Solicitors and a Paralegal.Due to the type of work that my client brings in, the successful candidate will be tasked with any property disputes that may come from their work, as well as contractual and employment disputes.The company have a full-time office based policy for all members of staff as it is important that the team are working closely and efficiently. However, to make up for this they have luxury offices in Lombard Wharf, Battersea.
