Estimator – Heritage Westminster, London £50,000 - £70,000 Information on the role * Manage accurate records of tender and contract documents * Prepare detailed bills of quantities and work schedules for accurate pricing * Compile tender comparisons and consideration * Present tenders at settlement meetings with a comprehensive knowledge of the best approach to be taken * Offer advice on risk and value engineering options * Work closely with supply chains to ensure competitive tenders * Contribute to database tenders for historical data and average rates and supply chain databases * Develop relationships with consultants and clients * Maximise efficiency of services, utilising all resources in conjunction with the Project Managers, and identity problems, taking the relevant action to resolve them What we’d like from you * Proven Estimating Experience * Experience in Historic, Listed Building, Graded Building, Building Restoration, Heritage, Conservation, Stonework, or Brickwork Projects * Exceptional written and spoken English skills * Proficient in Microsoft Products * Self-motivated personality * Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude * Organisation and time management skills * Full Driving License If this opportunity sounds like something of interest, please email Oliver (@) huntermasonconsulting .com
