Assessing, defining, and implementing Kubernetes and OpenShift capabilities that enhance DevOps efficiency, delivering innovation, agility, cost optimisation, and faster time to market. Adopting a comprehensive approach to modernising the developer experience, focusing on key dimensions such as organisation and culture, DevOps practices, processes, automation, and tooling. Architecting and designing scalable & resilient cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless deployment, management, and optimisation of containerised applications. Experience in container orchestration to ensure efficient management and orchestration of containerised applications, including automated deployment, scaling, and management Experience with security best practices including RBAC, image scanning, pod security policies, container security & network policies Enabling continuous delivery while ensuring reliability, quality, observability, and performance Understanding of observability and monitoring platform; Experience of having collaborated with developers to implement and improve observability and monitoring practices is preferred.
