Forest Care Selection are currently supporting a national care provider, who operate a variety of care and support services for individuals with a learning disabilities, Autism and complex behaviour needs.
This provider has an opportunity for a Registered Manager to oversee their specialist residential care service in the Walsall, West Midlands area.
The Registered Manager in Walsall will: * Oversee the running of this established service and ensure its continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. * Supervision and development of an established staff team. * Implement systems and procedures designed to achieve positive outcomes for individuals with a disability. * Oversee the financial management of the service. * Liaise effectively with all external stakeholders.
The Registered Manager in Walsall will need to have: * Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent. * Experience of budgetary management. * Experience of leading care teams. * Excellent communication skills.
