AWE is currently recruiting for a Facility Engineering Task Manager to manage and oversee delivery of professional engineering services to enable the Principal Asset Engineer in fulfilment of the strategy for the upkeep of all assets and equipment AWE needs in order to deliver the Programme. This will give you the opportunity toProvide leadership to Engineering personnel (Shape the future to inspire trust, build effective relationships to clarify purpose, energise the team to deliver results, and be a model for personal excellence, integrity and accountability)Identify engineering task requirements from the relevant Area's Operations ManagerDeliver engineering tasks to schedule, budget and quality requirementsIdentify strategic engineering resource to support future programme of work in own Tech CentreMaintaining and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality and be a great team player We are particularly interested to hear from candidates with experience in some, or all of the following:HNC/HND with suitable additional experienceAbility to deliver engineering projects across a range of infrastructure facilities and associated manufacturing and/or research plant and equipment Leading the delivery of engineering services across the life of an asset Project, Contract and Engineering Management Experience with knowledge of CDM Why AWE?As part of our People Promise, AWE (one of the best 25 big companies to work for in the UK) has a range of benefits to suit you.
