Position: Supply Teacher Location: Northampton Pay Rate: £130 - £150 per day Key Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential. Experience: Prior teaching experience in UK schools. Flexibility: Ability to adapt to different school environments and work on short notice. Passion for Education: A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and fostering a positive learning environment. Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects. Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe, productive learning environment. Follow lesson plans provided by permanent teaching staff or create your own when necessary. Mark and assess students' work, providing feedback as required.
