Sous Chef – Award Winning Restaurant – Up to £36,000 – Immediate Start Paramount Personnel are recruiting for a talented Sous Chef, for our client, an award winning Hotel in Truro, Cornwall. The successful candidate will ideally have a proven history within a fast paced environment, be a driven individual and be looking to expand their culinary skills within a progressive company. * Live In * Share of tronc * Local Ingredients * Up to £36k The successful Sous Chef responsibilities; * Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes. * Leading, motivating managing and training the kitchen team. * Assisting the Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus, assisting with all aspects of kitchen management. * Stock control, ordering, dealing with suppliers and all aspects of kitchen health, hygiene and safety. * Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety A Sous Chef role at this establishment is like no other, an outstanding reputation across the South West, with a huge focus on locally sourced ingredients.
