iTrent Specialist / Systems Expert
Hybrid - Croydon Head Office and Remote Working
£50,000 to £54,000 per annum plus other benefits including Civil Service Pension and flexible benefits allowance

Our work has a real impact on peoples lives, so we strive to do it well, with integrity and their future in mind. ?Were looking for a skilledSystems / iTrent Specialistin this newly created role to maintain and develop our bespoked iTrent system. Our iTrent system has been tailored to ensure operational requirements are met and to ensure the best service possible for our c500 person workforce.
Key responsibilities include scheduling, testing and implementing any system updates , identifying opportunities for system improvement and supporting any technical issues that arise for the HR system users and leading on any approved changes. Youll also contribute to supporting employee and manager system queries, ensuring a great employee experience. Theres also the opportunity to use your expert system knowledge to build, schedule and run reports for various entities and functions.
Candidates must have a track record of maintenance, development and enhancement of iTrent. Youll be comfortable handling typical system nuances, have experience being the key point of contact from a system provider and understand the dynamic of working within or alongside Human Resources (HR) and Technology professionals as an HRIS subject matter expert. Additionally, youll be able to demonstrate your advanced stakeholder, interpersonal and problem-solving skills to ensure organisational projects and employee queries are processed to the highest standard.Finally, youll be passionate about reporting and have a compelling track record in building and executing reports and interpreting this data to help contribute to organisational benefitSound like you??Apply now.
