The successful Nursery Manager will have the skillset to promote a successful and profitable business, engaging with the local community and marketing the nursery to reach maximum occupancy whilst providing excellent customer care. If you are a motivated, experienced individual with a love for seeing a nursery setting thrive then this is the position for you! Requirements Minimum of a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Early years or equivalent At least two-years current Nursery Manager experience Experienced in leading quality practice A clear enhanced DBS certificate Thorough knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Proven track record with the regulatory body Paediatric first aid certificate preferred but not essential Previous experience of being the Designated Safeguarding Lead Benefits Very competitive salary dependent on experience!
