Were currently on the hunt for a passionate senior chef to join the kitchen team and and looking for anyone between a Chef De Partie and Sous chef level. Its a great opportunity to work in a small but experienced team and get exposed to a wide range of skills including charcuterie, pasta, preservation methods and pastry skills to name a few. David our head Chef is a brilliant mentor and has worked at multiple 3 Michelin star restaurants including a 6 year stint working his way up to Senior Sous Chef at The Fat Duck. Were offering a full time 48hr roll on a 4 day working week. However we can be flexible if someone is looking for slightly reduced or altered hours. TPBN1_UKCT
