Freelance Design Manager - Residential

Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak with experienced Design Managers within the residential sector. Our client, a medium sized residential specialist, focus mainly on the new build housing sector and have a number of repeat clients due to their high standard of work. Projects typically range from 10m - 25m in build cost and are RC frame blocks 80% of the time. Usual form of contract with their housing association clients is JCT D&B. They give their staff a strong level of autonomy and trust and are currently looking to bolster the design team on a £15m live job in Zone 2, London. The design manager will come from a strong new build background, ideally degree qualified in architecture and have excellent knowledge of current building regulations and health & safety. This is a freelance temp to perm role for the right candidate, you will come in quickly on a day rate and then discuss permanent roles at a later date. They are offering a strong day rate.
