As a fast growing start-up we’re big on culture and we define “NOStronauts” as those who sweat the small stuff, aren’t afraid to roll their sleeves up, obsess over client satisfaction, love helping others and are continuously looking to grow as a professional Role Description: Location: 77 Marsh Wall, Canary Wharf, London Salary: £28,000 - £33,500 (Subject to experience) Commission: Uncapped (OTE £43K - £50K) Business hours: 08:30-17:00 Working days: Monday-Friday Reporting to the Client Relations Associate Director, in this role, you will be responsible for managing and the delivery of telemarketing campaigns for our existing clients. You will have full responsibility for the services delivered to set client(s). Ensuring that our solutions are delivered on schedule and to our client's satisfaction. You will integrate seamlessly within the team and have the opportunity to progress into account management role to have direct contact with clients while adhering to our values and operating procedures. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the delivery of our contracted telemarketing service targets to the clients. Build a strong working relationship with key client prospects, decision-makers and influencers. Having a deep understanding of the client’s priorities, strategies, and organisation to ensure NOS can add value across the client’s broader organisation. Participate and/or lead client review meetings. Work with the Account Manager to put together an account development plan for each client. Provide accurate weekly and monthly reporting both internally and to your respective clients. The population of data on internal CRM to record daily individual and client progress. About you: A good listener, with the ability to engage and ask the right questions. You can prioritise your workload and multi-task. You’re a natural communicator with great interpersonal skills. Ambitious and self-motivated, with a desire to learn, develop, and progress. A hungry, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment. Great written and spoken English. Ideal experience: Outbound/Inbound telesales experience is a MUST. Understanding B2B sales or client management is advantageous, however, not a must. Knowledge of commercial real estate is advantageous, however, not a must. Experience in managing SLAs / KPIs. Experience using CRM systems.
