Job: Plumber Area: Loughton Salary: £35k - van & fuel card included Role: Social housing repairs works My client a leading Social housing contractor are currently seeking a number of Plumbers to come on board for there social housing reactive maintenance contracts. This role is within the social housing reactive maintenance sector covering domestic properties in Loughton. These positions are Perm and you will be provided with a own van. Duties include: * Repairs * Carry out hot and cold water System * Repair and replacement of all aspects of Plumbing including all sanitary fittings * Be able to diagnose faults on drainage systems including both above and underground * Have good knowledge with Vented and Unvented systems using direct and indirect methods * Short reports for the supervisor Requirements: * Social housing experience * UK Driving license * Multi experience Schedule: * Monday to Friday Benifits: * Opportunity to earn a performance related cash bonus of up 15% of salary * Pension scheme contributions set at 7% of salary * Life Insurance cover at 4 x your annual salary * Private healthcare * 25 days a year holiday + bank holidays
