Senior Development Manager - Remote

Leading US law firm is hiring a new Senior Professional Development Manager to lead on legal skills programmes for Associates and Senior Associates in the London office. Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote) Senior Professional Development Manager Key Responsibilities: Assist the Director in designing and developing all legal skills programmes (Associate, Senior Associate, Counsel and Partner Development Group). Maintain regular contact with external facilitators with regard to design, development and delivery of programmes and sessions plus market updates and innovation. Responsible for the overall structure, development, publicity and timetable for the Associate and Senior Associate development programmes. Observe, share insight and use knowledge to evolve programmes and coaching. Assist with events and arrangements relating to the mentoring and coaching programmes. Assist the Director of PD with the planning and organisation of the Partner Development Programme – to include group discussion groups, coaching and dinners. Senior Professional Development Manager Key Skills & Requirements: Previous management experience within a L&D or Professional Development Team within a professional services organisation, preferably within a law firm
