Are you looking for a role where you can grow and develop and where your work will be instrumental in guiding businesses towards excellence in their HR operations?  You will be part of the HR consultancy team, supporting clients with email and telephone advice on issues such as recruitment, employment relations, absence management, and disciplinary procedures. You will act as the first point of contact for client queries and assist in the delivery of a range of different client projects.   What we need you to bring to the team: Experience working on investigations, disciplinaries and grievance hearings ensuring fairness and compliance with employment law. HR experience either working with different clients or across different departments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to conduct effective training sessions and handle sensitive situations tactfully.
