Job Title: Territory Sales Manager – Orthobiologics – South Central & Midlands
Salary + Bonus: £45,000 - £55,000 + £42,000 OTE Uncapped
South Central Region: Southampton, Portsmouth, Bournemouth, Guildford, Reading, Basingstoke, Winchester, Salisbury, Woking, Chichester Basingstoke – Field Based
Midlands: Midlands UK - Birmingham, Worcester, Shropshire. Coventry - Field based
The Role:
You will be part of an ambitious and growing team selling two high quality and unique orthobiologic products within your designated territory
You will receive full training, ongoing courses and leadership development for those keen to progress in their career
The Person:
The ideal candidate will be from an Orthopaedic, Physio or Sports Medicine/Science background who can bring a current network of contacts in order to hit the ground running
You will be entrepreneurial in nature, looking to join a smaller niche organisation that is growing rapidly
You must have a proven track record in sales from within the medical device arena
Driven and self-motivated with high energy

The Package:
Circa £45 - 55,000 basic salary
OTE + £42,000
Uncapped commission structure paid quarterly (£10,500)
